Nestled in the heart of Puerto Vallarta’s vibrant Centro district, TRIO RESTAURANT offers a refined culinary journey that exquisitely blends Mediterranean, European, Italian, and modern French influences. This elegant dining destination is perfect for those seeking a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere where every detail—from the décor to the service—echoes a commitment to quality and elegance.
The menu at TRIO is a thoughtfully curated showcase of flavors, textures, and fresh ingredients that sing from the first bite to the last. Start your experience with light, refreshing starters like the Lebanese Beet Salad or dive into the sea’s bounty with the tender, perfectly seared Calamari and Antipasto de Mariscos. The fish options like Cilantro Snapper, Red Snapper Fish, and the daily Fish of the Day highlight the kitchen’s skill in crafting beautifully prepared seafood dishes.
For heartier fare, TRIO truly shines. Indulge in succulent rack of lamb bathed in a rich wine reduction and accompanied by vivid ratatouille, or savor the luxurious Beef Tenderloin and New York Steak that melt effortlessly with every bite. The Shrimp Ravioli and Lobster Pappardelle offer a delicate balance of flavors, while the Duck Season dishes bring a modern twist to classic French techniques. Guests rave about the Seared Foie Gras—a decadent opener that sets the tone for an exceptional meal.
End your evening on a sweet note with desserts that enchant: the Apple Strudel’s comforting warmth and the Flourless Chocolate Cake’s intense, silky richness create the perfect finale to your meal, although not every dessert hits the mark for every palate, as noted by some guests.
What truly elevates TRIO RESTAURANT is the atmosphere—a space that effortlessly combines classy refinement with warmth and personality. Diners often praise the attentive yet playful service, making each visit feel personal and memorable. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply indulging in a night out, there’s an undeniable charm that keeps patrons returning again and again.
While one minor quibble from a loyal diner pertains to water options, this does little to detract from the overall stellar experience. The fresh, skilfully prepared dishes coupled with an inviting ambiance create a dining destination that feels both high-end and approachable.
If your taste buds long for the vibrant aromas of Mediterranean spices, the heartiness of Italian classics, and the delicate sophistication of modern French cuisine, TRIO RESTAURANT at Guerrero 264 is a must-visit culinary gem in Puerto Vallarta’s bustling center.

Such a great experience in a beautiful space. The food was excellent. The servers soon point and also fun. Will be back again and again. Highly recommended
Service was good and atmosphere was nice. Food was above average. Friend got the lobster special and the sauce was to die for. Carpaccio also very good.
phenomenon- only true classy restaurant in Puerto Vallarta. quible - no small mineral water, tap water ugh ... had the filet mignon w lobster speacial - awesome. all fresh made. must go.
Very classy high end restaurant, with top notch food, drinks, and first class service
Bread and butter to melt your soul, interesting dishes, nice vibe. Fish well prepared, the beet salad is a favorite as is the soups, but the lamb dish was grizzly and the sides were not hot. Skip the chocolate cherry cake, house made but didn’t make my cheat eat list for calories. I need to run them off at the gym!
Wow. Had a fantastic meal here. One of the best in Puerto Vallarta. Service, food, drinks all exceptional. Going back with 5 friends visiting PV in a couple weeks. Tucked in on a side street, Trio does not get the attention of some of the other nice restaurants in the area but it should. Glad we found it!
I have heard that Trio is an excellent restaurant in PV and finally had the pleasure to dine there a few nights ago. The servers and support team were all very attentive and gave great suggestions for different dishes to try. And, wow, was I impressed with the food quality and flavors. It’s definitely a restaurant not to be missed if your looking for a nice dining experience in Puerto Vallarta. I am looking forward to returning soon.
Excellent service, wonderful food. The restaurant week menu was varied with really good options. The shrimp ravioli soup was hot, soothing with real depth of flavor. The two butter options one with peanuts and peppers and the other plain but slightly tart, were very complimentary to the breads. The red snapper with eggplant and potatoes was outstanding and a very large portion followed by the apple tart dessert. The apple tart could have been served a bit warmer. Overall great experience and will return to try other options for restaurant week.
